Description

SLATE GRAY TERRAIN PAINT is a water-based scenic pigment designed for coloring terrain materials used in model railroads, dioramas, and landscape modeling. It is formulated to penetrate porous scenic surfaces such as plaster cloth, foam, Flex Paste, wood, plaster, and papier-mâché, producing a realistic slate-gray stone tone while preserving fine surface texture.

Unlike standard acrylic paint, it behaves more like a stain, allowing natural terrain details such as rock texture and surface carving to remain visible while adding a deep gray finish suitable for rocky and industrial scenery.
